Guest Conduct & Liability

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of fellow guests, resort staff, and the natural surroundings of Sasan Gir, which is a protected wildlife area subject to local conservation regulations. Carina Retreat Resort reserves the right to request the departure of any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of applicable laws or resort policies, without obligation to provide a refund. The resort accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, and guests are encouraged to make use of any secure storage facilities available during their stay.
