Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is determined by the rate plan selected at the time of booking, and guests are encouraged to review the specific terms attached to their reservation before confirming. Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing to the resort and are processed in the order they are received. Refunds, where applicable, will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
