Mount Girnar & Girnar Temples

Mount Girnar is a sacred hill near Junagadh rising to over 1,000 metres, revered by both Jains and Hindus, and home to a cluster of ancient temples at its summit reached by more than 10,000 stone steps. The Jain temples on the mountain date back to the 12th century and are among the most important pilgrimage sites in Gujarat. The climb offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding Gir landscape and is a deeply spiritual experience.
